By default, payouts are processed on a weekly basis. You can choose to opt for monthly payouts or if you are on the Grow or Scale plan you also have the option to opt for daily payouts. You can typically expect to receive payouts directly into your connected bank account 2-3 business days after the payout is processed.
If you're not receiving payouts, check to see if your banking information is up-to-date under Financials > Banking. Also, bank holidays will affect the timeline for payout processing.
If you are on the Grow or Scale plan, you can see payout details by going to Reports in your Sawyer account, then scroll down below the graphs and choose the Banking Hub tab. There, the Net Revenue Deposited to Bank and the Payout Activity charts will show amounts paid, and in transit.
