To view the flow of money that comes in through Sawyer and is transferred to your bank, navigate to Financials > Banking.
The Pending Payout amount displayed at the top of the page includes future payouts to your account that may be broken up across multiple upcoming deposits. The Payout Amount does not include payouts that are already in transit to your bank. The in-transit amounts will be listed as soon as they hit your account.
Each payout displayed includes the total payout amount as well as a breakdown of the orders and fees included in that particular payout.
The payout dates refer to the date the payout lands in your bank account. If the payout is still in transit, it is the expected date.
If you do not see a specific date for a pending payout, not to worry! This typically means those payouts are still being processed and haven't been assigned specific transfer dates yet.
The payout dates only appear once the funds are actually in transit to your bank account. Until then, the pending amounts show future payouts that may be split across multiple deposits without specific dates.
Once processing begins, you'll see the expected dates when those funds will land in your account.
Payout schedule:
If you are on the Launch tier, payouts are weekly. You can also request monthly payouts.
If you are on the Grow or Scale tier, payouts are defaulted to weekly, but you can request to have payouts daily (every 2 days) or monthly.
