My account has been locked. What do I do next?

Accounts are locked after multiple failed attempts to log in. When this happens, we need to verify that you're the one who is trying to log in.

If your account is locked, you will receive an email requesting to verify your account. Once you select 'Verify my account' from the email, you will be directed back to the log in screen where you can attempt to log in again or reset your password.
