You can update or reset your password at any time using two different methods, depending on your situation.

Use this method if you've forgotten your current password or are locked out of your account.
Log out of all Sawyer accounts (if currently logged in)
Go to the login page at hisawyer.com/for-business/
Click Forgot password
Enter the email address associated with your account
Click Send Link
Check your email inbox for a password reset link
Click the link in your email and follow the prompts to create a new password
You'll receive a confirmation email once your password has been updated

Use this method if you're currently logged in and want to change your existing password.
Log into your Sawyer account
Go to Account and the choose Sign In & Security
Click Password Update
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Click Update Password
You'll receive a confirmation email once your password has been updated
