📝 Overview

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you’ll log in with your email and password plus a code from either:

  • SMS (text message)

  • Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or FreeOTP)

💡 Passport is a third-party authentication service used to manage the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process. You may see the name “Passport” appear during setup — this is part of the secure login system and not a separate account or application you need to create.
