Stripe, our payments processor, sometimes requires additional information to verify your account. Once you upload the proper forms of identification, Stripe will take 3 - 5 business days to validate the information.
Valid forms of government issued identification:
1) Drivers License (front and back)
2) Passport (photo and passport information)
Common reasons Stripe may request additional verification:
1) You received payouts over $1,000
2) The banking and personal information you provided did not match
If Stripe cannot verify your account with the information provided, payouts may be temporarily disabled until Stripe can verify your identity.
If you continue having issues after you've updated your information, uploaded the required documents, and 3 - 5 business days have passed, please contact us.
