You have the ability to delete a client profile from your contacts.
Go to Contacts > Client List and click on Edit profile by their name.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on Delete Profile.
Please note that this will not remove them from the Sawyer database.
Please feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we can assist in deleting your customer's Sawyer account.
If your customer has any recurring payments, active billing or a program is in progress, Sawyer will redirect them to you to discuss canceling their future payments.
