You can manage bookings via the Bookings tab in client profiles.

How to Access the Bookings Tab

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Search the client name, client email, or child name and click on the correct name from the dropdown results

  3. Once you’re in the Client Profile, click on Bookings

Filtering Options

  • You can filter a client’s bookings by activity using the All Activities drop-down menu in the right corner of the Bookings Tab

Manage Upcoming Bookings

  • In the Upcoming section, you can see a client’s Upcoming Registrations with the following details:

    • Activity date, activity, child name

    • In the three-dot mini-menu to the right of each activity, you can see attendance history and the order number that is linked to this upcoming activity

    • You can take attendance in the mini-menu at the client level.

Manage Past Bookings

  • In the Past section, you can see the Past Registrations with the following details:

    • Activity date, activity, child name

    • In the three-dot mini-menu to the right of each activity, you can see attendance history and the order number that is linked to this upcoming activity

    • You can also edit attendance history using the three-dot mini menu
