Learn how to use the Bookings tab to manage a client's upcoming and past registrations from their profile.

From the Bookings tab, you can view registration details, filter bookings by activity, track attendance history, and access order information — all from one place within a client's profile.

Accessing the Bookings Tab

  1. Navigate to Contacts.

  2. Choose your Client.

  3. From the client's profile, select Bookings.

Filtering Bookings

To filter a client's bookings by activity, use the All Activities dropdown in the upper right corner of the Bookings tab. You can also search within the drop down.

Managing Upcoming Bookings

In the Upcoming section, you can view a client's upcoming registrations, including the following details for each booking:

  • Activity date, activity name, and child name

  • Attendance history

  • The order number associated with the activity

To access attendance history and order details, select the three-dot menu (...) to the right of the activity. You can also take attendance directly from this menu.

Managing Past Bookings

In the Past section, you can view a client's past registrations, including the same details available in the Upcoming section.

To access or edit attendance history and order details, select the three-dot menu (...) to the right of the activity.

💡 Attendance history can be edited from the Past section but not the Upcoming section.

Can I filter bookings by something other than activity?

Currently, the Bookings tab supports filtering by activity using the All Activities dropdown. For additional filtering or reporting options, explore the reporting tools available in your provider portal.

Can I take attendance from the Bookings tab?

Yes. From the Upcoming section, select the three-dot menu (...) to the right of an activity to take attendance at the client level.

What is the difference between the Upcoming and Past sections?

Both sections display the same registration details — activity date, activity name, child name, attendance history, and order number. The key difference is that attendance history can be edited from the Past section but not the Upcoming section.
