Change Bank Account Synced to Sawyer

In order to update or change your banking information, you must contact our Support Team. We now have a requirement to verify account ownership when editing bank information to ensure that you are the rightful owner. Please reach out to [email protected] to turn on the functionality for your account when you need to update your bank account.

Once you have access, here is how to change your bank account:

  1. Click on your business name in the top right of your Sawyer account

  2. Navigate to Business Account > Banking

  3. Click on the 3 dot icon "..." to the right of your banking details

  4. Click on Change Bank Account

You will be prompted to enter more information in the Stripe portal:

  1. Enter your email and phone number

  2. A message will be sent to your mobile number with a verification code which you will then enter

  3. You will be asked to verify that you should have access to the account. There are three ways to do this:

    1. Enter the bank account where you receive payouts from Sawyer

    2. Provide details about your account

      1. Full Name (as it appears in Sawyer)

      2. Last four digits of your personal tax ID number

      3. DOB

        (These would have to be filled out by the person who originally did the set-up.)

    3. Upload photo ID
