In order to update or change your banking information, you must contact our Support Team. We now have a requirement to verify account ownership when editing bank information to ensure that you are the rightful owner. Please reach out to [email protected] to turn on the functionality for your account when you need to update your bank account.
Once you have access, here is how to change your bank account:
Click on your business name in the top right of your Sawyer account
Navigate to Business Account > Banking
Click on the 3 dot icon "..." to the right of your banking details
Click on Change Bank Account
You will be prompted to enter more information in the Stripe portal:
Enter your email and phone number
A message will be sent to your mobile number with a verification code which you will then enter
You will be asked to verify that you should have access to the account. There are three ways to do this:
Enter the bank account where you receive payouts from Sawyer
Provide details about your account
Full Name (as it appears in Sawyer)
Last four digits of your personal tax ID number
DOB
(These would have to be filled out by the person who originally did the set-up.)
