It's important to keep your account information currentâwhether you're updating due to a change in ownership, payment information, or business contact details. Click your business name in the top right corner of your Sawyer provider portal
Select Business Account
Navigate to Profile
Review the Business Address field and make any necessary updates
â ď¸ Sales Tax Requirement: Starting December 1st, 2024, Sawyer subscription payments require state-mandated sales tax where applicable. Your business address on file is used to determine the correct tax amount. Please ensure your address is accurate and up-to-date before this date.

Update Bank Account Information
Click your business name in the top right corner of your Sawyer provider portal
Select Business Account
Navigate to Banking to edit your bank account details

Review Subscription Plan & Payment Details
Click your business name in the top right corner of your Sawyer provider portal
Select Business Account
Navigate to Subscription to review your current plan and payment information
