📝 Overview
Each business can view and manage customer profile information in Sawyer once a customer makes a purchase or opts in to receive news and announcements during account creation. Customer profiles give you access to a complete view of customer activity, preferences, and account details all in one place.

🛠️ Profile Sections and Features
Profile Tab
View and edit customer's personal details and any form information they've completed. To make changes, click the Edit Profile pencil icon to open the editor and save your updates.
⚠️ You cannot change a customer's email address from their profile, as it controls their account access across Sawyer. Only the customer can update their own email address.
Family Tab
View family members associated with the customer's account. From this tab, you can:
Toggle between viewing information for the adult, each child, or additional adults on the account
Add a new child to the profile
Add additional adults to the profile
Customer Verification Status
When the Customer Verification for Online Classes setting is enabled in your account, this tab shows whether a customer's email is verified or unverified.
What You Can Do: If an email is unverified, you have the ability to send a verification email from this tab.
💡 If a customer (or provider) changes the email address after it's been verified, the verification status does not automatically revert to unverified. The new email address will need to be verified separately.
Comments
Add internal-only notes on a customer's profile. These comments are visible only to your team and help you keep track of important customer information or preferences.
Payment Methods
Add, edit, or change a customer's default payment method directly from their profile.
Orders
View the complete order history for all transactions made by this customer. Click on any order number to view full order details.
Bookings
See all bookings (scheduled activities) registered to this customer across all registrants on their account.
Gift Card Balance
View any gift cards the customer has purchased or redeemed. You can also add credit to their gift card balance by clicking + Add to Balance.
Memberships
If a customer has an active or past membership, view and edit membership usage and payment dates from this tab.
Parties
View all party orders and inquiries associated with the customer's account.
⚡ Quick Charge Feature
You can also charge a customer directly from their profile using the Quick Charge feature for one-time charges, activity packs, or memberships without creating a full order. Learn more about Quick Charge here.
