📝 Overview
You can display your Tax ID on order confirmation pages and confirmation emails through Sawyer. This feature allows parents to see your business Tax ID when needed for FSA (Flexible Spending Account) reimbursement requests.
When the Display Business Tax ID feature is on, the order confirmation page will show:
Your business name
Your business address
Payment completion date (day, month, and year)
Your Tax ID

Click the down arrow in the top right of the screen and then choose Settings.
Select the Email tab and scroll down to find and Order Confirmation Settings.
Add your preferred text to the Order Confirmation Notes field. This is where you can reference your Tax ID or other relevant information.
When you're finished, select Save.

Yes. The order confirmation page display and email customization are separate settings. You can add Tax ID details to your Order Confirmation Notes field (which appear in emails) independently of toggling the Display Business Tax ID button.

This field is customizable. You might include your Tax ID, a note about FSA eligibility, or any other information you'd like parents to see on their confirmation emails. Keep it concise and professional.
Do my changes take effect immediately?

Yes. All changes to your Order Confirmation Settings save automatically. Once you toggle the Tax ID display on or update your notes, they will appear on new order confirmations right away.
Will existing order confirmations show the Tax ID?

No. The Tax ID display and confirmation notes apply only to new orders placed after you enable the feature. Previously completed orders will not be updated.
