You can offer optional add-ons such as donations, t-shirts, lunch, art supplies for scheduled activities. To learn how to set this up, review our help article.
In this article, we will walk through how to pull reports on purchases of these optional add-ons.
If you've set up donations or optional add-ons via Optional Add-ons, you can access a line-by-line report of those purchases through the Optional Add-on Report.
To navigate to this report, go to Financials then select Download Reports. You'll see the option for the following:
- Optional Add-on Report - By Day of Client Attendance
List of optional add-ons for each day a client is attending an activity.
- Optional Add-on Report - By Order
List of optional add-ons by Order.
These reports will show the following:
- Order ID
- Order Date
- Addon Price
- Client Name
- Client Email
- Student Name
- Schedule Name
- Activity Name
- Location Name
Note: The Optional Add-On Report is different than the Add On Report. The Add On Report will not show the details of optional add-ons purchase.
