There are a few different options you can use when setting the prices for your camps and semesters. In this article, we will outline your options.
Full Camp Price
Full camp pricing lets customers buy a weekly activity in full upfront. With this pricing option, the student is automatically enrolled for the entire time that the camp is running.
Payment Plans can be set up for this pricing option.
Full Semester Price
Full semester pricing lets customers buy a weekly activity in full upfront. With this pricing option, the student is automatically enrolled for the entire semester.

Weekly Pricing for Camps
Weekly pricing lets customers participate in a camp one week at a time, even if the camp is scheduled to take place over multiple weeks. At checkout, clients can select the weeks they would like to attend.
If proration is on and the client is purchasing the current week, the client will only be charged for the days remaining in the week. Sunday marks the beginning of a new week. If proration is off, the client will be charged the full weekly price for each week they select, even if they sign up after it has already started.
Monthly Pricing for Semesters
Monthly pricing allows you to offer a monthly payment schedule to your customers. Like with full-semester pricing, students who are registered via monthly pricing will be enrolled in the class for the entire semester.
Once you set the monthly price, you will see a View Schedule link to the left of the price that will give you a grid indicating how much the customer will pay and when.
The price for each month is the same no matter how many classes are set to occur within the month. Applicable Coupon Codes and Auto Discounts will only apply to the first month of payment.
You can set the billing date to either the first or the 15th of the month. The customer will be charged for the first month at the time of purchase. Monthly billing happens automatically once the customer is enrolled.
If proration is on, the first monthly payment (paid at checkout) will be prorated for the current month if applicable; subsequent payments will be the full amount. Proration only applies to the first month, not the last month. If proration is off, the first payment will be the full monthly amount regardless of when within the month the purchase is made.
Clients will not be charged for months that they have missed completely.
Drop-in
Drop-in pricing lets customers purchase individual days within a camp or semester time frame. Typically, businesses charge more for this a la carte option than the "price per class" that is automatically calculated when you set a Full Camp Price or Full Semester Price.
Free Semester
Free Semester pricing lets customers register for free and removes other payment options from your setup. Please note this option is not available for multi-day activities.

Add-ons
In addition to multiple pricing options for camps and semesters, you can set up various add-on options in the Sawyer for Business portal.
Early Drop-Off, Extended Day, and After School Pick Up
Enabling these add-ons gives customers the option to select any or all of them when they purchase the activity. You can set up these add-ons to be purchasable on a per-day basis and/or on a full-camp basis and you can set a unique cost for each.
Optional Add-ons
Enabling this type of add-on gives customers the option to select it when they purchase the activity. This feature can be used to sell an optional t-shirt, to collect an optional donation, or to let customers register for an optional lunch program.Optional add-ons are charged at checkout only once per child per the order. You can set up these add-ons to be purchasable when a customer is signing up for any pricing type or you can set a unique price for each.
Required Fees
Enabling this type of add-on automatically charges this fee to the customer when they purchase the activity. You can set up these add-ons to be applicable when a customer is signing up for any pricing type or you can set a unique price for each.
Sibling Discounts
You have the option to create a tiered discount system based on the number of siblings who register at the same time for this scheduled activity. Sibling discounts do not apply to monthly pricing.
