When you sign up with Sawyer, you select a pricing plan and tier of access that best suits your needs. This is a recurring subscription charge that is paid month to month or annually. To learn more about our current pricing plans, please see https://www.hisawyer.com/for-business/pricing.
Your service agreement will outline the details of your current pricing plan with Sawyer. This agreement begins on the effective date of signing your contract and subscribing to your applicable service plan. To cancel your subscription, Sawyer requires no less than thirty (30) calendar days advance notice prior to the next subscription billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, this refers to 30 days prior to the following year’s billing cycle and for monthly subscriptions, this refers to 30 days prior to the next month’s billing cycle.
While you can submit your request to cancel at any time, we do not offer any prorated refunds for a partial month service. If the date requested is less than 30 days notice, you will be charged the final upcoming payment and continue to have access for the next 30 day period. Your account and future billing will be canceled and no additional payments will be charged after this time.
For example: if you request to cancel on January 19th and your next charge date is on January 25th, your account will be charged one final payment on the 25th and you will continue to have access to your account and data prior to the 25th of February.
