  1. Navigate to the My Account dropdown in the top right, then click Settings

  2. Click the Integrations tab, then scroll down to find the Website Builder. Than click, Get Started.

  3. This will open the Daysmart Pro Tools landing page in a new tab. Select the Create Your Website.

  4. Add your basic business details. You can upload a logo or let AI generate one for you. Then click Next

  5. Provide instructions for what you want the AI to focus on when building your website, including your preferred tone of voice. Then click Next

  6. Choose your color theme based on:

    • Colors in your logo

    • Standard website template colors

    • Specific instructions you provide

    • A color palette curated by the setup wizard

    Click Next. (You can change colors later)

  7. The AI will build your site using all the information you provided. This can take a few minutes — you'll hear a sound when it's ready

  8. Once your website is ready, you can customize and add sections, themes, and pages

  9. Your Sawyer widget will automatically be added to the Registration section, and the Register option in the navigation bar will link to it

    If you delete this section, you cannot get it back. You can manually add your widget using the HTML block

  10. In your Sawyer account under Widget Embeds, you'll see one called "Website Builder Widget Embed" — this is the one used for your website. You can edit it in Sawyer and changes will reflect on your site

    ⚠️ If you delete or deactivate this widget in Sawyer, it won't display on your website. Do not change the widget embed name, or a new one will be created

🛠️ Edit your Sawyer Website Builder

⚠️ A Sawyer widget will automatically be added to your website. In your Sawyer account under Widget Embeds, you’ll see one called “Website Builder Widget Embed”, which is the one used for your website. You can edit the widget in Sawyer and the changes will reflect on your website.

  • Please note - If you delete or deactivate the widget embed in Sawyer, it will no longer display on your website

  • If you change the widget name, a new one will be created next time you navigate to the builder and the new one will be used for your site. Therefore, you should not change the widget embed name.

    • If you want to use an existing widget for your site, make sure it is the only widget with the name of “Website Builder Widget Embed” and then the system will know to use that widget for your site the next time you navigate to the site through Sawyer

Once your site is created, you can edit it by navigating to each section in the left sidebar, adding new pages, customizing colors and content, and managing your widget. All website sections, photos, colors, and content are fully customizable to reflect your brand.

Your Sawyer widget is automatically added to your website. You can edit the widget in your Sawyer account under Widget Embeds (look for "Website Builder Widget Embed"), and changes will reflect on your site.

  1. Use the top navigation to preview your site on desktop or smart phone.

  2. Click Preview on the right of the screen.

  1. In the top right of the screen, click the "Publish" button.

  2. View billing information and select payment method.

    • By default, your website subscription will sync with your Sawyer subscription billing date. When you publish your site, a prorated amount will be charged, and the subscription will renew on your next Sawyer billing date.

    • Your website subscription will automatically use the same card on file for your Sawyer subscription, but you can enter a different card at checkout if preferred.

    • If your Sawyer subscription billing date cannot be used (for example, if you are on percentage-based pricing instead of a subscription), your website will bill on the 15th of each month. A prorated amount will be charged at checkout.

    • If you have a yearly Sawyer subscription, your website subscription will still bill monthly on the 15th, with a prorated charge applied at checkout.

      Once your reviewed this pop up, click Subscribe and Publish.

  3. Website Published Successfully!

    The default domain will be [providername].sawyerwebsites.com

  4. Sawyer’s Website Builder now shows an “Active” tag under Integrations. You will now have access to a button called Manage Website.

  5. You can also now find billing information in your Subscriptions.

    You can also choose to Manage Website from here by clicking the three dots (...) to active a dropdown to show the Manage Website button.

  1. Sawyer’s Website Builder now shows an “Active” tag under Integrations. You will now have access to a button called Manage Website.

    OR

    You can also now access your website from your Subscriptions by clicking the three dots (...) to active a dropdown to show the Manage Website button.

  2. You have navigated to the DaySmart Pro Tools Page with your website.

    You can:

    • See a preview, name, URL, and status of your website

    • View your subscription price

    • See your renewal date information

    • Unpublish your website (it does not cancel the subscription)

    • Open the website editor

    • Update Payment Method (this only applies to the website subscription, not Sawyer subscription)

    • Cancel their website subscription (this cancels the subscription and the website and will automatically unpublish at the end of the billing cycle)

  3. To cancel the website subscription, you can choose Cancel Subscription.

    • When you cancel, your website will be published by default until the end of the billing cycle. You can choose to unpublish it immediately

    • Cancelling your site mid-cycle will not give a refund

🌐 Connect a Custom Domain or Editing a Domain

  1. After Publishing the button in the upper right corner will now read Republish.

  2. Then you’ll see the option to Connect a custom domain.

  3. Select that option and follow the prompts with the domain details

    • You cannot purchase a domain through the Sawyer website integration at this time

    • To just edit your business name within the default domain, click Connect a Custom Domain after republishing then choose to edit the Default Domain

You can unpublish the website, but this will not cancel your subscription. If you want to stop payments, you must cancel your subscription.

To cancel the website subscription, navigate to the Manage Website and you can choose to cancel your subscription.

  • When you cancel, your website will be published by default until the end of the billing cycle. You can choose to unpublish it immediately.

  • Cancelling your site mid-cycle will not give a refund
