📝 Overview
Learn how to view the flow of money that comes into your account through the platform and is transferred to your bank. By default, payouts are processed on a weekly basis, but you can choose other schedules depending on your subscription tier. You can typically expect to receive payouts directly into your connected bank account 2–3 business days after the payout is processed.
To view your payout information and manage your account, navigate to the Financials tab and then choosing Banking.
💰 Viewing Your Payouts
When you open the Banking section, you'll see payout information displayed at the top of the page.
Pending Payout Amount
The pending payout amount includes future payouts to your account that may be broken up across multiple upcoming deposits. This amount does not include payouts that are already in transit to your bank.
In-Transit Amounts
In-transit amounts will be listed as soon as they're confirmed for transfer. Each payout displayed includes the total payout amount as well as a breakdown of the orders and fees included in that particular payout.
Payout Dates
Payout dates refer to the date the payout lands in your bank account. If a payout is still in transit, the date shown is the expected arrival date.
If you do not see a specific date for a pending payout, this typically means those payouts are still being processed and haven't been assigned specific transfer dates yet. Once processing begins, you'll see the expected dates when those funds will land in your account.
Exporting Payout Reports
To export a report of all payouts, click Export Transfers. You can also export a report of payouts between a specific date range by selecting the date range and then clicking Export Transfers.

Reporting Dashboards 2.0

Learn more about these improvements in the New Revenue Insights Dashboard article.
📧 Payout Confirmation Emails
When your account receives a payout for a withdrawal or direct deposit, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with a link to view bank transfers. You can also view bank transfers directly in your account by going to the Financials tab and then choosing Banking.
The confirmation email includes the payout amount. Pay careful attention to the dollar amount:
Positive amount = Deposit
Negative amount = Withdrawal
💡 The language in confirmation emails doesn't currently change to reflect whether a transaction is a deposit or withdrawal, so review the dollar amount carefully.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
Not Receiving Payouts
If you're not receiving payouts, first check that your banking information is up-to-date. Navigate to Financials > Banking and verify your connected bank account details are correct.
Bank Holidays Affecting Payout Timing
Bank holidays will affect the timeline for payout processing. Payout batching, sending, and bank deposits occur on business days only. Weekends and bank holidays may extend arrival times by 1–2 business days.
Pending Payouts Without Dates
If a pending payout doesn't show a specific date, it typically means those payouts are still being processed and haven't been assigned specific transfer dates yet. Once processing begins, you'll see the expected dates when those funds will land in your account.
