Sawyer Reviews Policy
Customers are encouraged to review the activities they register for through Sawyer. Reviews are shared with education providers and posted publicly on the Sawyer Marketplace.
Reviews can include written text and/or star-ratings and are a great way for new customers to learn about providers. Reviews help establish trust by letting customer experiences speak for themselves.
Guidelines for Reviews
Reviews are most helpful when they’re honest, descriptive, and told from the perspective of personal experience. Since reviews are read by real people who are both providers and customers, feedback should be constructive and compliments should be specific.
At our discretion, Sawyer will remove reviews that don’t meet our community standards. You can help us identify reviews to consider for removal by flagging them.
Community Standards for Reviews and Provider Replies
The most helpful reviews are:
- Truthful and genuine
- About personal experience
- Relevant
- Respectful
We want everyone who visits the Sawyer Marketplace to feel safe, supported, and respected. To that end, Sawyer removes reviews that we deem to be inconsistent with our community standards.
We will remove reviews and provider replies that contain text which we deem to be:
- Personal information
- Inappropriate
- Irrelevant
- A conflict of interest
