If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
Consider this dashboard as a companion feature to our existing banking and orders reports. Use it to get a quick visual representation of your business’s day-to-day gross revenue. Just remember this is not a substitute for financial report.
Accessing The Revenue Dashboard

Average Revenue Section
The Average Revenue section shows the breakdown of revenue collected since a provider started using Sawyer. Averages will begin upon first order received.
Important Terms
- Daily: Total revenue, divided by number of days since first order
- Monthly: Total revenue, divided by number of months since first order
- Yearly: Total revenue, divided by number of years since first order
Goals Section
Goals allows you to establish goals and see your progress broken down by timeframe. Goals can be modified at any point by editing the previously established value. Goals that have not been established or set to "0" do not appear in the list.
Important Terms
- Yearly: Current Year
- Monthly: Current Month
- Daily: Today
Revenue Growth Section
Revenue growth shows a cumulative revenue snapshot of a given timeframe. You can set filters for different time ranges here!
The revenue dashboard accounts for revenue and discounts. It doesn't reflect fees or refunds — make sure you're pulling that data from reports.
Important Terms
- Total Orders: the total number of orders received during the specified time period.
- Revenue: the sum total of all orders received in the specified time period and includes discounts that were applied at the time of the order. It's inclusive of payment plans installments. Pending and upcoming payments are not counted here.
Filters
Changing the date filter will update the graph for the set time period and will not include revenue from before or after the selected time period. The chart will always start at 0 and compound values from that point forward.
Hover Function
You can hover over specific data points to see specific value. This number always inclusive of the revenue collected from the starting time frame of the applied filters to the moment in time on the chart.
