You can manage bookings via the Bookings tab in client profiles.
How to Access the Bookings Tab
- Go to Contacts
- Search the client name, client email, or child name and click on the correct name from the dropdown results
- Once you’re in the Client Profile, click on Bookings
Filtering Options
- You can filter a client’s bookings by activity using the All Activities drop-down menu in the right corner of the Bookings Tab
Manage Upcoming Bookings
- In the Upcoming section, you can see a client’s Upcoming Registrations with the following details:
- Activity date, activity, child name
- In the three-dot mini-menu to the right of each activity, you can see attendance history and the order number that is linked to this upcoming activity
- You can take attendance in the mini-menu at the client level.
Manage Past Bookings
- In the Past section, you can see the Past Registrations with the following details:
- Activity date, activity, child name
- In the three-dot mini-menu to the right of each activity, you can see attendance history and the order number that is linked to this upcoming activity
- You can also edit attendance history using the three-dot mini menu
