Information about students that are registered for an activity is displayed as cards on the Booked tab, Waitlist tab, and the Canceled tab on the roster. Roster cards can be expanded and collapsed.

Booked tab

When the card is expanded, you can see the following information about the student:

  • Student name

  • Student age

  • Attendance/check-in status

  • Which days the student is booked

  • Client name and phone number

  • Secondary contact name and phone number

  • Caregiver name and phone number

  • Allergy information

  • School information

  • Form field questions/answers

  • Standard add-ons (early drop-off, extended day, after school pickup) if applicable

  • Optional add-ons if applicable

You will also see the following Labels next to the students name, if applicable:

  • Free trial

  • Allergy

  • Full session

  • Drop-in session

  • New transfer

  • New to the activity

  • Upcoming birthday

When the card is condensed, you can see the following minimal information:

  • Student name

  • Student age

  • Attendance/check in status

  • Label (if applicable)

Waitlist tab

The student information on the Waitlist tab is displayed in the same way except you will see a timestamp of when the student was added to the waitlist next to their name.

To remove a student from the waitlist, click on the three dots next to their name and click on Remove from Waitlist.

Canceled tab

The student information on the Canceled tab is also displayed similarly, with the Condensed and Expanded options.

Students appear on the canceled tab if they were removed from the activity or if the activity for which they were registered was canceled.

The only Labels that will display are Full Session, Drop-in Session, or New.

If you wish to rebook a canceled student, click on the three dot menu next to their name and select rebook to class. This will open a popup to confirm the action.
