You can display your Tax ID on order confirmation pages and/or order confirmation emails. Some parents may request a receipt with your business tax ID for FSAs.
The Tax ID feature in Sawyer allows you to display your business tax ID directly on the order confirmation pages in the parent portal. You can also customize language for your confirmation emails to include your Tax ID.
When this feature is on, each order page will include the following:
- Your business name and business address
- Payment complete day, month, and year
How to add your Tax ID to the order page:
- Click on your business name in the top right of your account then select Settings
- Find Order Confirmation Settings
- Toggle the Display Business Tax ID button to turn the feature on
- Enter your Business Tax ID
- Your changes will save automatically
How to add your Tax ID to confirmation emails:
- Click on your business name in the top right of your account then select Settings
- Find Order Confirmation Settings
- Add text to the Order Confirmation Notes
- Your changes will save automatically
