Getting Started in Onboarding
When you are first getting started with Sawyer, you'll be assigned to work with a member of our onboarding team! Our onboarding specialists work with you to build your initial offerings and help you go live with Sawyer by posting registration to your website. Before your account is officially live and taking registrations, you'll want to direct your support and implementation questions to onboarding@hisawyer.com.
Introduction to Customer Success
Once your account is officially live and taking registration, our onboarding team will introduce you to our customer success associates! This team is your go to resource for all support related questions and guidance while using Sawyer. Our support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. The support team is available to both Sawyer Marketplace customers and Sawyer for Business providers should any issues or questions arise.
Available Support Channels
- Submit a Request: You can submit a request directly in your Sawyer for Business account by clicking the blue help button located in the bottom right corner of the screen and clicking Contact Us.
- Email: Our team is reachable via email by emailing support@hisawyer.com
- Chat: To access the live chat, simply click on the blue help button located in the bottom right corner of your Sawyer for Business portal. If an agent is available, you'll see the option to Chat With Us!
- Call: While we don't have a direct support phone number, we are available to book a time to call or schedule a virtual meeting. Just shoot us an email and we'll be more than happy to schedule a time to connect!
