You have the capability of charging your customer for a Pack. Here’s how:
Quick Charge is a functionality within Sawyer that allows manual, one-time charges to customers, making it particularly useful for scenarios outside of routine billing or subscriptions.
Open your Sawyer Portal
Go to Contacts and search for the customer
Click Charge Client
Click on Quick Charge
Use the dropdown to the right of Select Item to choose Packs
Select the pack. You have the option of changing the price as well.
Note: you can set the price to $0 and add a pack to a customer's account without charging them!
Add in a credit card number if it’s not already defaulting to the card on file. You won't need to add a credit card if you are adding spots to a customer's account for free.- To ensure notifications are sent, check the option labeled “Send order confirmation to client” during the Quick Charge process.
