You have the capability of charging your customer for a Pack. Here’s how:
- Open your Sawyer Portal
- Go to Contacts and search for the customer
- Click on Quick Charge
- Use the dropdown to the right of Select Item to choose Packs
- Select the pack. You have the option of changing the price as well.
- Note: you can set the price to $0 and add a pack to a customer's account without charging them!
- Add in a credit card number if it’s not already defaulting to the card on file. You won't need to add a credit card if you are adding spots to a customer's account for free.
