If you would like to send a customer or group of customers a link to register for a specific activity, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Schedules > Semesters (or Camps/Events)
- Find the scheduled activity for which you would like to retrieve the link
- Click on the three dot icon to the right of the activity name
- Click Get Customer Link
A new tab will open with the registration page for that scheduled activity - Copy the URL from the address bar in your browser
- Share the link by pasting it into an email or text or share on social media
The Customer Link functionality is great if:
- You would like to send a customer or group of customers a link to a specific activity
- You want to send the link to preferred customers before the class is open to everyone on your site. This works well in conjunction with using the Make Private feature.
