If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
You have the capability of charging your customer for a Membership. Here’s how:
- Open your Sawyer Portal
- Go to Contacts and search for the customer
- Click on Quick Charge
- Use the dropdown to the right of Select Item to choose Membership
- Select the Membership. If the Membership applies to someone other than the client, select the person the Membership is for.
- Add in a credit card number if it’s not already defaulting to the card on file.
