This feature is included in the Grow and Scale pricing plans. It is not included in the Launch plan. If you would like to upgrade your subscription plan or learn more about the different pricing tiers we offer, please visit Sawyer subscription plans and features here.

If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.

New! After a membership plan is purchased, you now have the ability to edit part of the plan.

You can edit the following:

  • membership name

  • membership description

  • membership cancellation policy field

Please note that pricing and perks are uneditable and changes do not save. As an indication that the field is not editable anymore, you will see a notification at the top of the page stating the field is not able to be edited.

If you need to edit the plan further, after it’s been purchased the most effective option is to recreate the membership plan and re-register all members via Quick Charge. Another option is to have the client re-purchase the membership themselves.

When you Quick Charge a membership, you can set the price to $0 to avoid recharging the client. Changing the initial amount only affects the first charge, future charges will be at the set membership price. This will also reset the members billing cycle. If you need to make changes to this you'll need to click on Membership in the client profile, and select the membership. There you will see options to cancel the membership, change the term end date or pause the membership.

Please remember to close the original membership plan and cancel the customer's membership to avoid double charges.
