We know that sometimes busy parents need gentle reminders. Sawyer takes the hassle out of purchasing by reminding customers when items have been left in their shopping cart to help create urgency and fill your extra spots. No additional admin work needed!
Customers will automatically receive an email from Sawyer 5 days after items have been added to their shopping cart if they have not yet completed their purchase.
Things to note:

If the items added are no longer available or the activity schedule is in the past, the customer will not be emailed.

When the items are added from your website via the Sawyer widget registration urls, the customer will see your business contact reply to email in the footer of the email. Make sure your Reply To Setting is configured properly for your account.
