It's easy to edit the enrollment for a student in Sawyer!
Navigate to a roster in which a student is enrolled and click on the three dots next to the student. Click on Edit Enrollment.
You can now select a Target Activity from the drop-down then select the day you want the change to take effect on the Select Start Date calendar.
You will then be prompted to review the changes of the transfer details.
Please note:
- Add-ons will not be transferred automatically.
- Editing enrollment will notify the customer upon transfer.
- Transfers will not affect financials.
Once you confirm the transfer, the window will open into the new roster where the student was transferred and a label with New Transfer will appear next to their name.
