After a customer has registered for an activity, you may need to make adjustments to a student's enrollment details. Our Roster actions allow you to remove or cancel a student from a specific activity, transfer a student to another day or week, message a specific student or the entire class, view past attendance details for that activity, place new orders, and more.
You can manage enrollment for a specific customer by going to Contacts and searching for the specific customer name.
Click the Bookings tab to find the specific activity where you'll need to make adjustments.
Click on the activity title which will open up the Roster.
Find the student's name and select the More Options Menu [...] to click on one of the following:
Transfer Single Date
Edit Enrollment
Remove From...
Message Student
View Attendance
View Transfer History
View Order
Alternatively, you can navigate to the roster directly from Upcoming and clicking into the specific activity.
