We’re sorry to see you go! If your business is experiencing financial hardship or you have questions about ways to save on your Sawyer subscription, we hope you will connect with our team to discuss options that may be available to you.
Pausing your account
If this is a seasonal pause or a temporary request to delay billing, you may want to consider putting your account "on pause" rather than canceling (which could potentially save some money in the long run.) An account pause allows you to temporarily freeze your account so that everything is there waiting for you to pick up right where you left off whenever you're ready to re-activate your full subscription. Pausing your account costs $25/month while on pause. Alternatively, canceling your account means that once your account is terminated, you will lose access to your previous subscription pricing and historical data. If you return to us in the future, you will start with new account access and pricing.
Submit a cancelation request
To cancel your subscription, please complete this cancelation request. Once we receive your completed request form, a member of our accounts team will be in touch to review your cancelation details during which time we will also confirm your requested termination date. We recommend reviewing Sawyer's cancelation policies should you have additional questions.
What should I do before my termination date?
Following your termination request, Sawyer will make your data (with the exception of customer credit card data) available to you within the provider portal for 30 days (i.e. your account will remain active during this time.) After 30 days, upon request and provided that you have paid Sawyer all owed amounts, and you are abiding by the community standards, Sawyer will make your data available via an email export. Beyond a 60 day period, Sawyer will have no obligation to retain or provide your data.
- Download any data you may need for reference in the future prior to the date on which you'd like for your account to be closed. (This is a list of reports that you are available to export from your Sawyer for Business portal.)
- Unpublish and/or hide any schedules (as well as parties, packs, etc) for which you do not want to receive more orders or inquiries
- Resolve or submit evidence for any order disputes. Please note: disputed payments may still be submitted and resolved (and in some cases reversed from your bank account) even after your account is terminated.
- Cancel all future recurring payments (i.e. memberships, monthly-priced semester payments, and payment plan installments)
