Packs let customers purchase activity spots for future drop-ins. You can encourage customers to pay for drop-ins ahead of time via packs by offering a bulk discount. Activity spots are automatically deducted from packs when customers are registered for eligible activities.
Create a Class Pack:
Click on Products
Click on Packs
On the right side of the page, enter in a name, description, number of classes, price, expiration, and optionally tie eligibility to a specific activity.
Click Create Pack
Customers will be able to purchase class packs as they are signing up for an eligible activity and if you would like to also have a dedicated tab on your widget for Packs, please reach out to [email protected].
Note: Pack spots will only be applicable to drop-in pricing, so be sure the activities that the pack is for have drop-in pricing enabled.
