How to Remove or Transfer a Student from the Roster

  1. From Upcoming, click on the activity you’d like to remove or transfer the student from – this will take you to the roster

  2. Go to the student you’d like to remove or transfer, and click the More Options Menu [...] to the right

  3. Here, you’ll be prompted with the following options: Transfer, Remove from Today, Remove from Future Dates, Message Student, View Attendance, and Add Add-ons
    Note: Remove from Future Dates will remove the student from that date and all future dates

  4. Click on the appropriate action. If transferring a student, you will be prompted to select the new class you’d like to transfer them to.

  5. Transfer of Single day can be viewed here.

Important Notes:

  1. Clients in an adults-only activity cannot be transferred to an activity that is not adults-only and vice versa.

  2. Transfers (and any other changes to bookings) are not reflected on orders, printable receipts, or payment-plan installment confirmation emails. If a customer will need a receipt that shows items that match any updated bookings, you would need to cancel the original order and place a new one on the client's behalf.
