Transferring a student just got easier!
You now have two options for making changes to a student’s booking:
- Single Day Transfer: This is used to change one single booking to another single booking. This will never change a student’s full enrollment.
- Example: “Sara has a doctor appointment and won’t be able to make class tomorrow, is there a class she can attend on Wednesday instead?”
- Edit Enrollment: This is used to edit a student’s full enrollment in a semester or camp or transfer students from a multi day semester.
- Example of semester transfer: “I need to move Freddie from Intro to Dance to Intermediate Dance for this semester”
- Example of multi day transfer: “I need to edit the days of the week that Jamie is attending a multi day semester. He can no longer attend Mondays but also wants to add Tuesdays”
Important notes about transfers:
- They do not affect the financials on the order. For example: Transferring a student will not automatically calculate and charge the difference between two classes.
- They do not transfer add ons.
- They do not allow for the client or student to adjust their own booking.
