If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
When closing a membership plan, you might want to to cancel individual memberships for that plan to avoid the plan's recurring charges to the customer.
How to:
1) Close a membership plan:

Membership Plans can be closed at any time. Closing a plan prevents additional customers from purchasing it. Closing a plan does not deactivate it for anyone who has already purchased the plan.
- Go to Products> Memberships> Plans> [click into plan]> Close Membership (at the bottom of the page)> Save Membership
2) Cancel an individuals membership:
- Cancel Plans
- Go to Products> Memberships> [click member]> Cancel Membership> [pick which option best fits your situation]> Cancel Membership
- (However, click 'Cancel Today' if you'd like to prevent future charges immediately)
- Go to Products> Memberships> [click member]> Cancel Membership> [pick which option best fits your situation]> Cancel Membership
Note: You can also cancel an individual's membership plan, with the instructions above, without having to close the membership plan and vice versa.
