If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
Currently, our appointments feature is only compatible with listings that are for children. Any activities that would allow adults to register will not display as an option in the Appointment scheduler.
Many providers still use appointments for adults and if you'd like to get around the adult limitations for an activity, follow these steps:
- Go to Listings
- Select the activity
- Unselect the adult toggles (seen below)
- Save your changes
Once you save your changes, the activity will then appear for appointment use. Please note that if you do this and want an adult to be able to register, they will need to add themselves as a child on their account in order to do so.
