Rosters for activities that have been categorized as “Online” will display the contents of both the Class Link and the Access Instructions field from the Activity Listing if completed.
Send access instructions and class links to your roster
- Copy instructions from the roster
- Navigate to the Message button
- Paste your instructions
- Double-check for formatting
- Message your class
Start a class or join an activity
If you have a class URL associate with an activity, you'll see a Join Activity button on your roster.
- Find the Join Activity button
- This button will open a new tab and redirect you to your Roster’s Class Link
Important: If you've turned on the setting Email Verification Settings for Online Activities, customers will be required to verify their email before receiving online activity class links. If you need to send the link to an unverified customer, you can still use the Message option from the roster to share the information.
