If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
View & Edit Existing Waitlists
- Go to Upcoming
- Click on the class
- Select the Waitlist tab
- Select the More Options Menu [...] next to the student's name
- Select if you want to email the student or remove the student from the waitlist
You have complete control of the waitlist as nothing happens automatically. You can decide to contact your customers individually through Sawyer Tools via the More Options Menu or you can download a Waitlist report with all customer emails and reach out all at once through your email.
In either case, you can provide a direct link to register for the scheduled activity or place an order on behalf of a customer via the +New Order button.
If there is open space in the scheduled activity, you may want to make it hidden in order to give your waitlist priority over customers who happen to browse your site.
NOTE: Customers are listed from top to bottom in the order in which they joined the waitlist.
