In Financials > Orders, you can locate orders. You can also locate orders by going to Contacts > Orders tab > Specific order or going to Contacts > Gift Cards. Individual orders will reflect the breakdown of a transaction. If a client pays with a gift card, this will appear on their order. This is not a cash refund. You cannot refund gift cards for cash. If you want to refund a cancelled order that contains a gift card, you will:
- Cancel Order
- Be Prompted to Refund to Gift Card Balance
- Enter the Refund Amount
- Enter the Reason for Refund
- Press Refund
