If you want to refund a cancelled order that contains a gift card, follow the steps below. Please note this is not a cash refund and you cannot refund gift cards for cash.
- Navigate to the Order
- Select Cancel Order
- Be Prompted to Refund to Gift Card Balance
- Enter the Refund Amount
- Enter the Reason for Refund
- Press Refund
You can locate orders in Financials > Orders. You can also locate orders by going to Contacts > Orders tab > Specific order or going to Contacts > Gift Cards. Individual orders will reflect the breakdown of a transaction. If a client pays with a gift card, this will appear on their order.
