If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
If you offer Memberships, you can download a members list which includes information for all memberships
- Go to Products > Memberships
- On the Members tab, click the Download Button
on the top right
In this report, you will see the following in a spreadsheet:
- Customer Email
- Customer Name
- Membership Plan (Name of the Membership)
- Membership Type (Child or Family)
- Membership User
- Next Payment (Amount Owed and Future Date)
- Term Start Date
- Term End Date
