If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
Sawyer Tools can accept instant online registrations via credit card 24/7. You can also set up Sawyer Tools to accept in-person payments like cash or check.
- Navigate to Settings via the dropdown at the top right of your Sawyer Tools portal
- Under Custom Payment Methods, type in the name of your custom payment method (e.g. "Cash" or "Check") and click Add
- Once you've set up your custom payment methods, you can place orders on behalf of your customers using these payment methods.

NOTE: You will only be able to record these payments from your admin side; customers cannot register on their own using custom payment methods. This prevents a customer from holding a seat without actually paying for it.
