You can add your existing Terms and Conditions webpage to the registration process so customers are required to agree when they sign up.
- Copy the URL from your Terms and Conditions page
- Click on the name of your organization on the top right
- Select Business Settings
- In the Link to Checkout Terms field, add the URL from your Terms and Conditions page
- When customers register, they will be required to check a box to agree to your Policies/Terms & Waivers and have the option of clicking a link to read them
If you would prefer that the terms themselves are automatically displayed without customers clicking a link to a new page, you can build your waiver right into the registration process by creating custom form fields.
