If you are a provider who went live prior to March 1, 2022, you will continue to have access to your current features as one of our legacy providers.
We can import your contacts into Sawyer at no extra cost. Please reach out to your sales representative or contact the Support Team at support@hisawyer.com to receive the contact template that will need to be filled out in order to complete the import.
Please note that the import takes at least 2 weeks (or 10 business days) to complete.
Also, please be aware that we cannot transfer credit card information.
