For you, our providers, this focus means that our mutual relationship is built on trust and that our actions are consistent with maintaining the spirit of the Sawyer marketplace. Our provider agreement and terms outlined are centered on ensuring that Sawyer is a fair community and marketplace, but do not spell out every conceivable situation or scenario. If ambiguity arises, Sawyer is committed to work with our providers to create additional clarity. It is our expectation that as a provider, you will interact with parents in good faith and in a manner that is consistent with our mutual goal of delivering a remarkable and positive experience for families.
In instances where we believe a provider is either inadvertently or intentionally not acting in a manner consistent with this agreement, we will first strive to work together to correct the specific issue. This includes a review process in which we will work with you directly on establishing a service improvement strategy and timeline to get your account back in good standing. After a determined review period, if service standards are still not met, we reserve the right to terminate your marketplace account.
We commit that we will be available to quickly and efficiently resolve issues to the best of our ability, and we also trust that our providers will act in the same manner when working with parents.
