If a customer is on a payment plan or monthly billing cycle you can manage their installments in multiple ways on the customer's original order using these options below the Monthly Billings/Payment Plan Schedule section:
Change Date: Change the date an installment is scheduled to be charged to a future date.
Change Amount: Change the amount of an installment.
Cancel: Cancel the scheduled payment.
Refund (under Payment Activity): Click this red button to create a partial or full refund to the customer.
Cancel All Future Payments (NEW!): This will cancel all of the upcoming payments at once.
As soon as you make changes to any of these items, the details will be saved. These options can be useful if you want to discount a future installment for a customer, if you want to give them a credit, if they've unenrolled in the program and more!

Canceling Upcoming Payments - NEW!
You can now cancel all upcoming payments on an order with one action.
On orders that have future installments scheduled, you will see the option for Cancel Upcoming Payments on the right. It applies to the following:
Payment plan orders (Semesters, Camps, Weekly Camps)
Monthly billing
Please note: This is not available for membership payments
Once you select this option, you will see a confirmation screen which lists the date of the first installment that will be cancelled, the student, and the activity
Once confirmed, all scheduled future installments will be cancelled and display as cancelled. This action cannot be undone.
The installments will look the same as if you individually cancelled each installment
Payments that are already paid are unaffected
Multiple payment plans in one order
For orders that contain multiple children and/or payment plans, you will be able to cancel each payment schedule individually
In the example below, you can cancel My Child’s payments without cancelling My Baby’s payments
Things to know:
Once all installments have been cancelled and/or there are no future payments due, the button will not appear anymore
For Payment Plan orders (not Monthly Billing), the order status will change from Balance Due to Paid, and the remaining balance will change to $0 (for Monthly Billing, the order status is already Paid)
For monthly payments (not Payment Plans,) the date that the action was taken will be noted for each installment
