If you have a Squarespace website you can easily embed calendar/list widgets by following these steps:
Create the embed code in your Sawyer account - Self-Embed Widgets.
Copy the embed code.
Open up your Squarespace website builder.
Click Pages> select the page you want to embed on
On the area you want to embed>Edit (top left corner)
On the area you want to embed select Add Block
Choose the Embed option then select Code Snippet then click Embed data
Paste the generated widget code into the space
Save your changes
Note: The widget will not render in the editor and you'll want to save the changes to see the widget live.
